The chef at Katai has recently taken another trip to Thailand to study new dishes. The menu has been expanded by three dishes. I have been told more is on the way.

They also do a fried Pescado Pattaya, which is fried fish in a brown chile sauce. I order it grilled “a la Plancha” with a Level 1 spiciness. I have forgotten to take a picture the last two times I had it. Sorry!
